I am the LORD

Thus says the LORD:
"Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom,
Let not the mighty man glory in his might,
Nor let the rich man glory in his riches;
But let him who glories glory in this,
That he understands and knows Me,
That I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.
For in these I delight," says the LORD.

Father, I thank You for all that You've done, You gave Your Son freely for me, And I praise You for calling me, drawing me near. Out of blindness You caused me to see. (Youth Hymnal : 90)
A sister was sharing that looking at her condition (lack of the knowledge Words of God, manifest flesh instead of the fruits of the Spirit),before the Lord And comparing to all other saints who are far more spiritual than her, she is destined to suffer the 1000 years and she is prepared for it.. Do you have the same thinking like our dear sister? Look at us, and COMPARE to other, how can i make it? CMI- cannot make it.
So what is our next action? Coming the Heavenly Father or decided to have a "hatch-care" life, after all, no place in the millennium kingdom co-kings with the Lord, then why do i still need to work so hard for my salvation ?
The Lord says "Judge not, that you be not judged." This is judging. Yes, we are judging ourselves. Are we God? Are we able to decide for HIM? Do not let the evil cast doubt on you. On the other side of "doubt" is Faith, and on this side of Faith lies Strength and and Love.
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. (2 Tim 4:8). Let HIM be the True Judge. Before that day come..... let us continue not to forsake the assembly together, encourage one another, pray with one another, read the words of God daily.
Just remember to ask our Lord to remind us His wonderful Salvation and His return. May we love His appearing. Shalom.

Confess our sins.

Dearest saints,
Request from a beloved brother that it is best for me to do in this way, put the verse and sharing in one. Prior to this, a beloved sister also requested that i should have some sharing from the verse, and above all, the Lord showed me that it is best to sent out the verse early in the morning..... it is thru all this that i realized that HE want me to come to HIM first thing in the morning, Praise the Lord. And pray that our Dear Lord Jesus Christ will also reveal to all of you of coming to HIM early in the morning.
Begin with short prayer, Tks HIM for HIS alarm clock at 0620 (pretty accurate:) ), Tks HIM for the morning, Tks HIM for the Bountiful Grace and Ceaseless Mercy, Ask HIM for short words to share to all of you and above all this, enjoy coming to HIS word and HIS speaking to me.

(1Jn 1:9) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This is HIS Promise to us, the sinner who saved by HIS GRACE.
(Jas 5:16) Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. This is much needed in our church life. WE also have to learn to confess our trespasses to one another. I guess it is easier to confess to God than to man....remember? why, because we are doing it to a Person we cannot see. And it is far difficult to do it to a person we can see, Pride !
And this is the reason for the Lord to give us this portion in 1 John 4, concerning love one another. (1Jn 4:20) If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? How many times i am a liar. Lord! grant me the humble spirit and strength to come before saints, be it younger than me or older than me, to confess to one another. I want to restore the loving relationship with the saints that i may found favor before God and and before men. Glory be to YOU.

Just take the first step, He will take care of the rest.

"And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.

"He arose and came to his father". This morning i just want to praise God that he arose, he arose. After knowing his condition, not only he remember his father's house, he arose.
Pro 29:23 A man's pride will bring him low, But the humble in spirit will retain honor. It is truly not easy for this son to return. If i were this son, how hard for me to arose. Perhap, yes, i knew what my father has......the most i do is just to tell myself, how foolish i was, but to go back? no way. Pride, Shameful, people will have different look on me, "hi, it been a long time that i have last seen you, where do you go?"
How difficult it is for us to be humble. I pray for the above verse, we may see that all we have to do is to arise and come, the Father will take care of the rest. He is Faithful and His Steadfast Love never ceases, His Mercy never comes to an end for they are new every morning. Grace and Peace to all of you.

Eze 33:30-32

Eze 33:30 "As for you, son of man, the children of your people are talking about you beside the walls and in the doors of the houses; and they speak to one another, everyone saying to his brother, 'Please come and hear what the word is that comes from the LORD.'
Eze 33:31 So they come to you as people do, they sit before you as My people, and they hear your words, but they do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their hearts pursue their own gain.
Eze 33:32 Indeed you are to them as a very lovely song of one who has a pleasant voice and can play well on an instrument; for they hear your words, but they do not do them.

Arises, Go and Say!

I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, (Luke 15:18)

"Will he run out of sharing?" a beloved sister ask my wife concerning my daily sharing from the verses. I guess the above is the answer. I will arise , go to my FATHER, and say, "Abba Father, thank you for today, thank you that your mercies never ceases, they are new morning and great is thy faithfulness. Father, pray that this morning, grant me words that is able to edify and strengthen the saints. Pray all these in Jesus name, Amen"
Will Arise, Go and Say are Action words. Seek and you shall find, Ask and it shall be given onto you and Knock and it will be opened onto you. Come onto me and i will give you rest, not only be a hearer but be a Doer.
Do not just read and hear the words of God, but be a doer of the words of God. Doer required you to arise, go and do it, say it. If you have offended someone, you have to arise, go that person and say "i am sorry for what i have done, pls forgive me". If you have owe people money, arises, go and returned the money that lend it to you. If you have quarrel with someone, arise, go and apologies. Yes, i know, it is not easy. But the more, we have to ask our Lord to grant us strength to do it.
Why we have to do all this? Arise, go and ask the Lord. He will surely show it to you. Remenber : He is the rewarder to those who SEEK HIM.
Grace and Peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ be to you. Love God!! and for those married saints, Love your wife.

Come away to Jesus!

Luke 15:17 "But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

I remembered this verse as i am sharing to all of u this morning : Come to Me , all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28). The hymn that i remembered this morning : Come away, come and spend sometimes with ME, come away.
Count His blessing is truly needed for our earthly life. Sometime we fall into a situation that we cannot get out of it, and worst of all, we fall into self-condemnation by thinking that Our Lord Jesus will never forgive me. I have come across a real testimony that it nearly cause this saints to end her life.
Oh Lord, may we remember our Father's House. Just like HE said: Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? (Matthew 6:26)
Whenever we feel despair, tired, thinking of giving up or you may have already given up running this Heavenly Race, pray that we can just like this prodigal son, still remember the Goodness of our Heavenly Father.

May we all pray for one another!!!

What kind of friend we have.

Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything. (Luke 15:16)

Have you wonder what kind of friends we have on earth? How far are they willing to stay with you when ocean rises and thunder storm? "No one gave him anything" does is sound familiar to you?
When you have, be it rich or smart or anything that you can contributed to the other parties, somehow, you have lots of friend. But when you are broke, or when you are in trouble, somehow, friends disappeared. "arr....not free", "busy", "sorry, frankly, do careful in future, i will pray for you, go in Peace"....these are some of the usual remark that we will received. Especially in the business world.

"These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. (John 15:11-15)

May we truly know who is our TRUE FRIEND, be it ocean rises or thunder storm. Who is able to calm the storms, who is able to give us truest Peace and Comfort. He is the great "I AM". May my TRUE FRIEND reveal all this to you, my friends.

Pls Spend Wisely !!

Luke 15:14 But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want.

For student, it just need to say to the parent: "Can i have $10, 20 or 50.... to spent". As for many of the working saints, many of us have already in mind what to buy before the Pay-Day, and when it comes to the mid or the end of the month : BROKE! and that was my life.
Yesterday, after meeting, i went out my wife (Yes, there is really a need for saints to spend time with their spouse ALONE, to many a times, we put our focus on work, children education, and we forget about our wife, without the foundation with your wife, your family will be shaky) to Singapore Expo for Metro sales.

In the past, Louis Vuiton, Burberry, Aigner etc. are boutique that i used to walk in........... and a wallet that i bought years back that cost me approx. S$150 from Aigner sales was considered very cheap. (i do own a LV clutch bag - never use at all)

Today, i would consider very hard even to buy a belt for $19.90, a shirt that cost $24.00 at Metro sale. Finally I bought 2 shirts that cost lower. Well, i do experience what the prodigal son did, and i do know what our Lord is saying. But we never learn, right? we just spend and spend. Buy now, pay later. Not to worry, my jobs is very secure. True?

In not that i do not have money, Thank HIM for His provision. It just that i have learn to ask HIM in reality. "In want" is not only when you are broke, in economy term, human have unlimited needs. Simply mean, Never Satisfied, eg : i tell myself, after buy it car, house...no more.......:)

May we all learn before the Lord with regard to spending. Spend wisely. U never know when is the famine.

What more do you want?

A brother told this to me long ago :"You have a career, a wife, children, house, car, what more do you want?"
Praise the Lord, this is the exactly question that i've ask yesterday. On one hand, i tks the Lord for using this brother to recover when i was in a far away land, on the other hand, i am able to remind and encourage one another to run this Heavenly Race. Oh....how we need one another. Glory be to God.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom." (Matt 16:24-28)

My love is the same to all

This morning as i ponder before the Lord Jesus concerning the love for my family. I pray that my family know that my love toward them are the same. Outwardly, i may have spend more time on Bryan (as he is the only one that required more attention due to his behavior, he is currently seeking weekly school counseling and was advised to spend more time one to one with him, do see some improvement in him, Glory and tks be to God).

I just pray that my Jean and Benette will understand. I pray that my Lord will grant my children understanding and wisdom to know that my love for all of them are the same, because they are my offspring, they are my beloved. All that i have is their.
As for my wife, priority is given to her, if the love between husband and wife is no strong, it is even harder for the children to know "LOVE".

Isn't it true that sometime we tend to compare among the brethren? by thinking that why he is more blessed that i am, is it because our Heavenly Father love him more that i do?
Our God is impartial. His LOVE towards all of us is the same. Glory be to God.

Mat 6:26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
Mat 6:32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

What a God that i have!!!

Isa 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

One way ticket - i speak for myself

If anyone come to fellowship with me concerning how long to serve the as a fulltimer?
My reply: honestly, it will be a one way ticket. which simply mean "your whole life" to serve HIM, no turning back, no turning back.

Serving HIM for almost 17th months and i believe by HIS GRACE, more months ahead...... i guess it really have to be a one way ticket. Seeing and hearing the needs of the church, it is very hard to say, "ok, i guess i have done my duty", but if it is genuine from the Lord, it is like being a missionary. Today missionary is unlike the past, 2 weeks..... and you are a missionary. If it is truly a calling, i guess, you may have to spend your whole life there......because LOVE is involve, if you see the need of the saints, many things thru HIS LOVE, you just simply have to put yourself down, take care of their need before yours. This is being a bondservant of Christ that our bro Paul is saying.

And one of the way to serve HIM : Prayer
I was talking to a brother over lunch yesterday afternoon, he shared with me that many time we do not have many thing to pray to the LORD, my replied: If only you are in your own business, you will have lots of things to think about compared to a employee. Likewise, if you are in the full-time service, you will see more, you will worried more, you will grieve more, of course, you will also rejoice more. Above all, you will PRAY more.

What i usually pray?
Pray for all the saints in home 2 (due to their fixed sitting arrangement, i m able to pray for one by one).
Pray for youth and young people,
Pray for my own working saints group,
Pray for my co-workers,
Pray for the newly married and getting wed couple,
Pray for the health of some saints,
Pray for married support group,
Pray for the YYP conference,
Pray for the Lord's table and the message,
Pray for the leading brothers,
Pray the oneness in the church,
Pray for the "Genuine" love for one another,
Pray for the oversea saints, especially those who are there alone,
Lastly, Pray for my family.

To be a fulltimer, you must first of all, learn to be a man of prayer. Pray and pray, pray and pray. Amen. Work? well........you pray, HE will show you where are the holes in the wall to mend. And not forgetting HIS PRECIOUS WORDS.
