God remembered Abraham

Praise the Lord that our GOD has a "Good Memory", HE remembered Abraham and thus HE sent Lot out from the destruction of that cities. So do not doubt! dear saints as to whether our LORD remember our prayer before HIM.
But on the other hand, isn't it good that our LORD remember us and rescue our family member from destruction?
One of the reason that brought me back to the Lord ARE these verses :
1Kings 11:11-12 "Therefore the LORD said to Solomon, "Because you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to your servant. Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son."
We all love our children, right? so in order to have our children and grand-children not to suffer any punishment or judgment from the LORD, it has to begin from us, the parent.
May our LORD Jesus Christ opened our eyes! Shared this passage to your children :) Begin from 1Kings 11:1-12. Be Blessed!

Gen 19:29
And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot had dwelt.

A true story

"A story is told of an orphanage in war-torn Vietnam. Mortar shells fell on it one day, and some children were wounded. One of them, an eight-year-old girl, was in a most critical condition. An appeal was made for someone to give blood. No one came forward. Finally, a little boy volunteered. As he laid on the bed to have his blood taken, he began to sob uncontrollably. The doctor who did not speak his language could not understand why he sobbed. A nurse was asked to speak to him. In a few moments, the boy stopped crying and a smile came to his face.

"What happened? What did you tell him?" asked the doctor. "Well," the nurse explained, "he thought you were going to take all his blood out, and that he was going to die." The doctor was impressed. "If he thought he was going to die, why did he volunteer?" The nurse interpreted his answer, "He said the one who needed his blood is his friend." "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:13)

Jesus "suffered death so that.... he might taste death for every-one" (Hebrew 2:9). Knowing this, how can we ignore God, neglect His great salvation, and allow ourselves to drift from His presence?" Be Blessed!

Beside our Lord Jesus Christ is our Saviour and Redeemer, who is HE to you. Have you experience that HE is your GOD-WHO-SEE you thru when you are in difficulties? Have you experience HIM that HE is the ALMIGHTY GOD, who is able to open a way for you where there seem to be no ways. Have you ever experience HIM as your COMFORT? May we learn to come to HIM and walk with HIM in our daily walk. Be Blessed !

I will end my short sharing with this hymn. Be Blessed!

Jesus is all the world to me, my life, my joy, my all;
He is my strength from day to day, without Him I would fall.
When I am sad, to Him I go, no other one can cheer me so;
When I am sad, He makes me glad, He's my Friend.

Jesus is all the world to me, my Friend in trials sore;
I go to Him for blessings, and He gives them over and o'er.
He sends the sunshine and the rain, He sends the harvest's golden grain;
Sunshine and rain, harvest of grain, He's my Friend.

Jesus is all the world to me, and true to Him I'll be;
O how could I this Friend deny, when He's so true to me?
Following Him I know I'm right, He watches o'er me day and night;
Following Him by day and night, He's my Friend.

Jesus is all the world to me, I want no better Friend;
I trust Him now, I'll trust Him when life's fleeting days shall end.
Beautiful life with such a Friend, beautiful life that has no end;
Eternal life, eternal joy, He's my Friend.
