Good advise too late!

A fact to share to all you especially to parent or those who gives "good advise" :)

"Sometimes parent tend to give "Good advise too late", think about it, "good advise too late".
It is like when a young boy hit his head on the edge of the table, then his mom says to him : "careful !!"

How true isn't it......

What shall i give thee, Master

Dearest saints,

This is the hymn that we sung yesterday during our Lord's table and we were filled with HIS LOVE. Glory be to GOD!

I prayed that many more saints will be able to give their hearts to the Lord. Not just a part or half of their heart, but a whole heart. Be Blessed!

We need His Words!

Praise the Lord! what a verse to begin with the new year. We need His Words to live.
When a sister was sharing that the children of Israel were diligent by waking up early to pick up the manna, i felt that it was more than that, it it a matter of survival. To keep them survive or alive in the wilderness, they have to be diligent to wake up early to pick manna.
Today, unless we see that we need His word to survive or to live in these corrupted world, we were never be diligent to come to read His words, the bible.
Pray that our Lord Jesus Christ, will open our eye and grant all of us wisdom to see that it is not good enough to live by bread alone, we need HIS Words. Be Blessed!

But He answered and said, "It is written, 'MAN SHALL NOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS FROM THE MOUTH OF GOD.' "

Remember HIM!

Woke up this morning with a "Rhythm of Praise"(a chinese hymn that we sang in our Youth and Young people meeting) ringing in my mind. I tks God for reminding me to praise him in the morning.
This is my prayer to HIM, that i may begin my day with Praise, Mercy and Thankgiving, and end my day with Praise, Faithfulness and Thankgiving. That i may begin with Christ and end with Christ.
I sincerely believe that if we choose to have a closer walk with our dearest Lord Jesus Christ, by means of reading His Words, Prayer (communication - 2 ways) and fellowship with the fellow christian, we will surely experience HIM as the Alpha and Omega, Beginning and the End, and the First and the Last. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last."

You are the salt of the earth!

Good morning saints,
Not only we need to be preserved in the Lord, we also need to help others. To keep them from the world. And in order to keep them or to help them, we need the Words of God and prayer. If the Lord says that we are the salt of the earth, He is a "SALT" too, right?
And what are the functions of the salt? look at the lives of our Lord Jesus Christ and His apostle. You will surely know. Be Blessed!

Mat 5:13
"You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

Pray for the children!

Last night, as i was driving my daughter, Jean, to buy her school bag, something "good" happened!
She asked me :"Papa, how to sing this hymn, i forgot the tune, and but the lyric goes like these : "十字架上.....?" saith my daughter. So i took out the CD from my car, and we sing together. And as it is a medley, we continue to sing another hymn :"坐在寶座上聖潔羔羊, 我們俯伏敬拜你..........." . Praise and Glory be to God.

I thank God for the precious evening that HE has given to me, it really bring unspeakable joy to me. Thank the Lord Jesus Christ. May we all pray for the young ones in the church, today, with so many secular or worldly music in the world, we pray that they would drawn near to christian songs and hymn be capture by the Lord thru the lyric and not just the melody.
She was asking me what is "pre-eminent" as we continue to sing, "In YOU, Lord i trust, for there is none more trustworthy than you.....may YOU have the pre-eminent in every area and aspect of my lives." And i explained to her. To God be the Glory!

Lord, remember the young ones in the church. Lord helped them! In YOU, LORD i trust.

Forgive and Forget

Good morning.
If you say that you have forgive this person, and yet all you do is to talk bad about that person and worst till, you may forgive but you have not forget. To me, you are still walking in darkness. Someone told me : "forgive doesn't mean forget. Yes, i can forgive but i can never forget".
What do you think, when the Lord says that our sins are forgiven, did HE says that: Yes, i forgive your sins BUT i will never forget. No! This is what HE says :"Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more." (Hebrews 10:17). He forgive and remember no more! What a Christ we have!!
So, if we say that we forgive others, may we learn we forgive and remember no more. Be a salt and a light of the world. Be Blessed!

1John 1:6
If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.

Read the Bible

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.(Rom 10:17). As i was fellowshipping with the saints last night at one of the university, i came to realize out of so many books that we have studied and laboured, yet there is one "BOOK" which many of us spend the "least" time reading or labouring, and this "BOOK" is what we need the most for the rest of our lives. Interesting isn't it?
I guess all of us know the answer. The BIBLE is that "BOOK". And it is through this BOOK that we see and hear and overcome the world.
So dear saints, this i also speak to myself, that beside reading other books for our career enhancement or for our study, please do spend some if not more time each day to read the 'BOOK" which is HIS words. How to keep His commandments (Words) if you do not even read His words? And without read His Words, how can our faith be strong? and if our faith is not strong or without faith, surely we cannot overcome the world. And this is one of the biggest problems that many christian are facing today.
So stop saying that my faith is so little or my faith is weak. LESS of "maplestory","WII", "PSP", "PS3", "Worldcraft", "Spore" etc and MORE of His words. Be blessed!
