The Greatest Commandment.

Do you know what is the greatest commandment?
Mat 22:37 Jesus said to him, 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.'
Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
Mat 22:39 And the second is like it: 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.'

Someone ever ask me this question?
You love your wife more or you love God more? what is your answer? How would you answer especially when your wife is with you (outside) and Our God is in you (inside).

I am going away with my wife for a short trip (without my children). It has been many years that we do not spend 1 to 1 with one another. Glory be to God that HE opened a way for us. How important to have the foundation laid in a family. That is the love between husband and wife. Yes, we love our children very very much, but with so much of attention focusing on them, many a times, without realizing it, the bond between father and mother will slowly drifted away. Hardly do they come together, but everything they talk about is about their children study, tuition, future, spiritual life. Yet seldom do they (husband and wife) talk about themselves, Pray together, read the bible together, concerning one another spiritual life. Children look at us, the parent.
The roots of many broken family alway lie in the relationship between husband and wife. And the source of GODLY LOVE is GOD. God is LOVE.
Pray that our LORD Jesus Christ will filled our love tank to the brim. To love our spouse and our children. And above all, to love our Lord Jesus Christ with all our heart, our soul and our mind. Shalom.
